Apart from the ceremonial events on Thursday morning, the subject matter of the scientific programme is divided into 10- areas and 14- minisymposia. These are distributed over 8- parallel sessions, which will be held in the locations(Rooms) RA-RG in the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).The Room A is the AUEB great Amphitheater at the first floor of ‘Antoniadis’ Block-Building, the Room G is the AUEB small Amphitheater at the first floor of 'Derigny' Block Building, the Rooms B (A42), C (A43), D (A44), are at the fourth floor of ‘Antoniadis’ Building, while Room E (A22), F (A23), H (A24) and J (A25) are at the second floor of the same building.
Each invited paper is allocated 60 minutes for oral presentation, including time for questions. All other papers in sessions of solicited papers, minisymposia and contributed papers are allocated 30 minutes for oral presentation, including time for questions. Session Chairmen are required to enforce these time-limits rigorously in order to ensure that the work of the Conference proceeds on schedule.
Speakers should check the scheduled time and location of their paper and inform
the Secretariat of existing errors and omissions as well as of any technical equipment required for their presentation. Individual speakers may propose an exchange of places in the programme provided that their session Chairmen agree to the proposed change. The Secretariat should be informed of all such changes after they have been agreed.
The Proceedings and Transactions will be published after the Conference, and all questions concerning these must be addressed to Professor Elias A. Lipitakis, Chairman of the HERCMA Conference, Department of Informatics, Athens University of Economics and Business, 76 Patision Street, Athens 10434, Hellas (E-mail: eal@aueb.gr)
A HERCMA 2003 Book-of-Abstracts will be available at the Conference.
